Welcome to Anthony Rosser Photography under www.rosserphotography.co.za. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our photography services. By booking or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Agreement
By booking a photography session with Anthony Rosser Photography (hereafter referred to as “the Photographer”), you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this document. A signed contract is required for all bookings.
2. Booking and Payment

Booking: A booking is considered confirmed once a deposit is paid and a signed agreement is received. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the shoot.

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session.

Payment Methods: We accept payments via EFT only.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation by Client: If you need to cancel your session, you must notify us at least 7 days before the session date. The deposit is non-refundable.

Rescheduling: We are happy to reschedule your session with at least 7 days’ notice, subject to availability.

Cancellation by Photographer: In the rare event that we must cancel or reschedule your session, we will offer a full refund of any paid amounts or reschedule the session at a mutually agreeable time.
4. Client Responsibilities

Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your session. If you are late, your session time may be shortened to ensure that other clients are not affected.

Permissions: You are responsible for obtaining permission for any locations or venues where the session is held, including any necessary model or property releases.

Conduct: We expect all clients to maintain respectful behavior during the shoot. Any behavior deemed inappropriate by the photographer may result in the termination of the session without a refund.
5. Copyright and Usage

Copyright: The Photographer retains the copyright to all images taken during the session. However, the client is granted a license to use the photos for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Client Usage: You may use the images for personal purposes, including but not limited to social media, prints, and albums.

Photographer Usage: The Photographer reserves the right to use the images for promotional purposes, including portfolios, website use, and social media. If you wish to opt-out of this, please inform us prior to the session.
6. Deliverables

Delivery Time: The final edited images will be delivered within the agreed time discussed at the session.

Format: All images will be delivered in high-res JPGs unless otherwise agreed upon.
7. Liability

The Photographer is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property that occurs during the photography session, unless caused by the Photographer’s negligence.

The Photographer is not responsible for the quality or state of the location of the shoot or any damages caused by the location or venue.
8. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be held responsible for failure or delay in the performance of their obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government actions, or other unforeseen events.
9. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any disputes shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of the courts in [Your Location].
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
